Services Include: Once per week=52 stops per year
- Blow leaves and debris off the deck
- Net pool, spa, and pond
- Clean skimmers and pump baskets
- Vacuum as needed
- Chemical analysis and adjustments as required to balance
- Check filters and equipment
- Clean the tile in the pool
- Contract includes all chemicals for standard use and maintenance
- We do not store chemicals on-site
- Remove filter cartridges and clean with high power water nozzle every 3 months
- Includes winterizing 1 auxiliary pump with up to 2 water features/scuppers
